We have an awesome group of Accountability Ambassadors this year building on the blessed time we had last year. All of the interviews were recorded in front of a live audience which was phenomenal. You are now are able to see what we experienced. Click the link above to enjoy the interview with First Lady Veronica Winfield of The Potter’s House Ft. Worth, wife of Pastor Winfield.
Mrs. Winfield and I met when Dr. Angela Mitchell invited me to serve on the Mental Health Panel this year for the Wednesday night service. It was evident in this first meeting that Mrs. Winfield understood the role of the church in mental health. She respected the way the two areas could function collaboratively to help the congregation. When she called the next day to invite me to do another segment at the church, i absolutely obliged.
I asked her to speak with the ladies of August Accountability because I could see the fabulous dynamics between her and her family. Church ministry is difficult and is often straining on a family unit. She seamlessly migrated between her interactions with the congregants and her family members. It was like a melody and I adored it because that is what congregants should see in their leadership.
So, join is for this second installment of the August Accountability 2017 Quadrant Interviews. She will be available to chat on the FB post on 8/14/17 between 6 and 8 p.m.
